The Okira 24-Hour Guarantee.

1. The 24-Hour Return Window

Okira prides itself on the quality and exclusivity of our pieces. We offer a strict 24-Hour Return Window on all verified purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, you must request a return authorization within 24 hours of standard delivery receipt.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition.
  • Possessing all original Okira tags attached exactly as shipped.
  • Packaged securely in the original Okira dust bag or protective casing.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if they show any signs of wear or damage. Rejected items will be shipped back to you at your expense.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Navigate to your Order History within 24 hours of receiving the piece.

Select the relevant invoice and click "Request Return Authorization".

Upon approval, our dispatch team will secure the package from your address within 1 business day.

4. Refunds

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund the next business day. Funds will be returned to your original Paystack payment method. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are strictly non-refundable.
